When is the Hostess carvery served?
Our midweek carvery is available on Wednesday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Thursday lunchtime from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, and Thursday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
How much does the carvery cost?
The main-course carvery is £15 for adults. Wednesday and Thursday evenings offer two courses for £20, while the Thursday lunchtime Shopper’s Special offers two courses for £19.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children aged 12 and under pay £8 for a main course or £10 for two courses. Families and larger groups are very welcome.
Is it only roast meat?
Not at all. Alongside at least three freshly carved roast meats, we offer two changing entrées, one of which is usually fish based, plus vegetables, potatoes and suitable vegetarian or vegan choices.
Does the menu stay the same every week?
No. Our kitchen changes the menu every week, so the dishes mentioned here are examples of food we have previously prepared rather than a promise of a particular dish on your chosen date.
Can you accommodate allergies or accessibility needs?
Yes. Please tell us about dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs when booking. The restaurant is on one level, with accessible facilities and free parking. Contact us in advance if an allergy is severe.
